She uses a trauma-informed approach to support BJJ athletes in healing trauma, expanding consciousness, optimizing health, and enhancing performance. Her methods for transformation include a combination of science, somatics, breathwork, and energetics. She is a mom, jiujitsu black belt competitor, judo brown belt, kettlebell trainer, CDR certified registered dietitian, and Pause breathwork facilitator. She is also the host of the Empowered Athlete Podcast.
